Design Concept
Inspired by “sail”, the double-module modular detached house is not only a carrier of space, but also a symbol of spirit.
The shape is scattered and flowing like a full sail, converting natural energy into power, echoing the green and environmentally friendly modular construction concept. The sail for sailing is made of perforated aluminum plate, showing the desire to explore the unknown in the changing light and shadow.
Material Arrangement
The selection of materials follows the principle of comfort and aesthetics, forms its own unique modular construction house in the exhibition hall, and combines the project situation to create architectural MIC products that are closer to the actual situation to meet the needs of customers and the public.
Strucutre
The main strucutre, including columns, top frames and bottom frames, of our modular detached house is built on a Q235B steel frame system, which is strengthend and durable.
The Q235B steel is commonly used in buildings, bridges and coastal applications due to its excellent resistance to deformation and corrosion, even when it is exposed under harsh weather conditions.
For the modular unit, the top and bottom frames are reinforced with 10mm thick rectangular steel main beams. Multiple secondary frames are firmly welded across the main beams to enhance the stability.
