The heavy steel structural system serves as the primary load-bearing framework of modular buildings, providing exceptional strength, stability, and long-term durability. Manufactured using high-strength galvanized steel, the structure is designed to withstand demanding environmental conditions, including strong winds, seismic activity, and heavy loads. Through precise factory fabrication and strict quality control, each structural component ensures dimensional accuracy and reliable performance during transportation, installation, and long-term operation. This robust structural system enables modular buildings to achieve high levels of safety, structural integrity, and compliance with international construction standards.
Within the steel cutting workshop, high-strength structural steel undergoes precision cutting in strict accordance with detailed engineering drawings. The facility is equipped with a fully automated CNC laser cutting system—including a HaimuXing TP12056 Pro tube laser cutter—enabling the efficient and high-precision processing of both steel plates and structural tubing. This advanced equipment ensures dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, and component consistency, thereby laying a solid and reliable foundation for the modular structural framework.
After cutting, steel components are transferred to the forming stage, where they are processed using advanced forming equipment. The workshop features a fully automated stamping production line equipped with 800-ton high-capacity automatic stamping machines. These machines operate at high speed to achieve integrated forming of key components such as top panels and side panels. This automated process improves production efficiency while ensuring dimensional accuracy and consistent quality, enabling all components to meet strict engineering standards and assembly requirements.
Structural components are assembled and welded in the welding and assembly workshop using advanced welding technologies and automated production equipment. The facility features one of the longest residential welding assembly lines in China, enabling efficient and large-scale modular production. Operating under a 24-hour A/B shift system, the production line ensures stable output and consistent manufacturing capacity. In this stage, the six primary structural components are precisely assembled and welded into a six-sided modular frame, creating a strong and stable structural skeleton for the building while ensuring that all connections meet strict structural load requirements.
To enhance durability and corrosion resistance, steel components undergo surface treatment in the specialized coating workshop. The pre-treatment line meets the industry-leading Sa2.5 rust removal standard, ensuring optimal surface preparation before coating. The painting process consists of six controlled stages—primer spraying, drying, intermediate coating, drying, top coating, and final drying—creating a uniform and fully protected paint layer. Every component is further tested in a rain simulation laboratory to verify waterproof performance. This strict process enables the structural system to achieve long-term corrosion and waterproof protection with a service life exceeding 25 years.
