GS Housing operates five large-scale, modern production bases in China, all are equipped with high-end manufacturing technology to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency. For the guaranteed efficiency and quality, we implement advanced 6S management and TPM management system, as well as CNC production equipment. We produce up to 240000 sets of houses annually, which can meet the great demand of modular houses from all over the world.
In the year 2024, we opened a new 2-storey factory specially designed for modular house production, with length 360 meters, width 100 meters and height 14 meters, total production area of 69,000 sqm. This factory is equipped with Chinese most advanced production line of steel structure modular house manufacture with 163 meters long, which allows us to handle nearly all types of modular building needs, ensuring high efficiency and consistency in every unit we produce.
The first floor is primarily dedicated to the sandblasting and painting production lines, with the remaining area used for finishing and outfitting. The second floor is mainly for frame welding and assembly, as well as additional finishing areas. If a product doesn't require painting, it will be directly finished on the second floor. Products that need painting will be lifted and lowered by crane to the first-floor production line, painted, and then returned to the first floor for finishing.
Our 14-meter ceiling height provides ample space for producing and finishing extra-tall modules. It also allows for stacking and storage during high-volume production, significantly reducing product turnover time. This setup enables us to deliver products to clients with the fastest possible speed, optimal quality, and the best prices.
Further more, our supply chain and quality control strictly follow 6S management system as well as our GS internal checking code, keeping everything organized, clean and safe. By doing this, the highest standards can be ensured.
Beyond production capacity, we prioritize quality at every stage of manufacturing. To maintain premium standards, we adhere to strict regulations and have obtained both domestic and international certifications. Our qualifications include Class II certification for steel structure professional contracting, Class I qualification for architectural metal (wall) design, and Class II qualification for construction industry (construction engineering) design.
In addition to national qualifications, we also meet global standards with certifications such as ASTM, CE, GOST-R, and ISO, ensuring compliance with international regulations and diverse client requirements.
