He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and an MBA from Golden Gate University (GGU), along with PMP certification, reflecting his multidisciplinary strength. Vincent has held leadership roles such as Technical Director and Project Director in the Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) industry, where he managed international projects spanning Hong Kong, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Tahiti. Under his leadership, over 800 modules have been successfully delivered for a variety of residential and commercial building projects, demonstrating his exceptional project execution capabilities. Vincent excels at translating client requirements into comprehensive, end-to-end solutions. He integrates key considerations throughout the project lifecycle—from material selection and regulatory compliance to design optimization, logistics planning, and on-site installation—while consistently enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Mr. Ding Wenlin is our seasoned Engineering Lead, with over 18 years of extensive experience in modular construction and prefabricated interior systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Changzhou University and PMP certification, demonstrating expertise across engineering management, product development, and quality control. As a core technical member of our team, he has successfully led multiple major projects, including the development of the AISAAS BIM system, modular residential projects in Los Angeles, and specialized builds for Antarctic research stations. He excels at translating client requirements into end-to-end practical solutions, overseeing all stages from design and process planning to production and on-site installation. Committed to process optimization and technical integration, Mr. Ding consistently enhances efficiency, controls costs, and promotes standardization throughout the project lifecycle. With nearly 20 years of expertise in prefabricated construction and Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), I have full-spectrum capabilities overseeing modular and prefabricated projects across the entire project lifecycle. Specializing in hybrid light & heavy steel structural design, I am thoroughly familiar with Australian AS/NZS building standards and overseas regulatory approval processes. I bring extensive experience in international project management and team leadership. I consistently optimize cost and schedule performance while upholding stringent construction quality and environmental protection requirements. I have delivered numerous flagship overseas projects, comprising over 500 modular units and more than 100 light steel villas. Projects have been completed across Australia, the Americas, Europe and Hong Kong, China.Professional Certifications: PMP, LEED BD+C AP, WELL AP.
