Integrated MEP Systems for Modular Buildings

MEP Systems

Pre-installed plumbing and electrical systems designed for efficient installation, safe operation, and long-term performance in modular buildings.

Electrical Connection Among Modules

Factory Pre-installed MEP Systems

In Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), all plumbing and electrical systems are pre-installed within each modular unit during factory production. Compared with traditional on-site installation, this modular approach ensures higher precision, standardized quality control, and significantly reduced construction risks. From the design stage, MEP routing, interface positions, and reserved openings are fully coordinated with the modular structure and interior finishing, forming a highly integrated building system.

Integrated Plumbing System

The plumbing system is pre-embedded within wall cavities and floor structures, with separate routing for hot and cold water lines. Pipes are installed along structural gaps and fixed with dedicated clamps to ensure stability. Floor systems include reserved pipe channels, sealed with fireproof and waterproof materials to prevent leakage. All water outlets are accurately positioned for kitchens and bathrooms, pressure-tested in the factory, and equipped with flexible joints at module interfaces for safe and efficient on-site connection.

Concealed MEP Design in Modular Interiors

All MEP systems in modular buildings are fully concealed within wall, floor, and ceiling layers, ensuring a clean and seamless interior finish. After installation, surfaces are completed with gypsum boards, tiles, or other materials, with no visible piping or wiring. This modular integrated approach not only maintains the same visual quality as traditional construction, but also improves installation efficiency and consistency.

Modular Connections & Maintenance Accessibility

Each modular unit is designed with standardized MEP connection interfaces, including unified positions and specifications for fast on-site assembly. During installation, modules are directly connected and sealed without additional on-site modification. At the same time, access panels are integrated into key areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and ceilings, allowing easy inspection and maintenance while preserving the integrity of the modular structure and finishes.

Electrical Components and Controls

Electrical components such as switches and control panels play an important role in ensuring safe and convenient operation within modular buildings.

We provide reliable electrical accessories designed for modular environments, including switches, sockets, and control components that support safe power distribution and user-friendly operation.

These components are selected to meet international quality standards and can be integrated into the module during production or installed during the final installation stage.
