Modular Lifting & Installation System
Engineered lifting and alignment solutions designed to ensure safe hoisting, accurate positioning, and efficient installation of modular buildings worldwide.
Factory Lifting & Internal Handling System
Modules are lifted, rotated, and transferred within the factory using controlled lifting systems and automated handling equipment. This ensures structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and safe movement throughout the production process. Optimized internal logistics improve efficiency and protect finished modules before delivery.

On-Site Lifting & Precision Installation
Modules are delivered to site and installed using crane-based lifting systems with precise positioning control. Pre-engineered lifting points and coordinated installation planning enable fast, safe, and accurate placement, significantly reducing crane time and overall construction duration.

Integrated Lifting & Positioning Components
Integrated Lifting & Positioning Components are designed to ensure safe lifting, precise module alignment, and reliable structural connections in modular construction. The system includes rotating lifting rings, twist locks, shackles, eyebolts, and positioning components, all engineered to support efficient handling and accurate installation.
Manufactured from high-strength materials under strict quality control, these components provide excellent durability, high load capacity, and long-term performance. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, they help improve installation efficiency, reduce on-site labor, and enhance overall structural stability.

Rotating rings
A swivel sling is a lifting fastener with a rotating function. Compared with ordinaryslings, it can rotate 360° during the lifting process, effectively avoiding problems suchas sling entanglement and uneven force distribution, and improving the safety andflexibility of lifting operations.

Twist locks
This is a set of twist locks, an important connecting component in the field of containertransportation and hoisting.
Twist locks are mainly used for quick connection and locking between containers, andbetween containers and transport tools (such as ships, trucks, and cranes), to ensure thestability of containers during transportation and hoisting.

Positioning cone
In the assembly of steel structure boxes, positioning cones are key components forachieving precise docking between modules. They are mainly used for the vertical connectionand horizontal positioning of steel structure boxes (such as modular rooms and corridor units),ensuring the spatial coordinate accuracy of modules during hoisting and assembly, therebyimproving the assembly efficiency and structural stability of MIC (Multi-Module) buildings.

Shackles
This is a set of M30 shackles. Shackles are commonly used connecting componentsin lifting operations, mainly used to connect wire ropes, slings, hooks and otherlifting equipment to enable the lifting and handling of heavy objects.

Eyebolts
An eye bolt is a fastener with a ring-shaped structure, mainly used for lifting andmovingheavy objects. It connects to lifting equipment such as slings and hooks throughthe ring-shaped part, and uses the threaded part to cooperate with the threaded hole ofthe object being lifted to realize the lifting operation of heavy objects.

Positioning Cone cum Lifting Hole
This set of components includes positioning cones and lifting hole components, which are key supportingcomponents in construction (especially in the fields of modular construction and prefabricated components).Positioning cone: Used for precise positioning of prefabricated components. The cone-shaped guide surfaceenables spatial alignment between components, ensuring assembly accuracy.Lifting hole components: They are responsible for lifting components, providing connectionpoints for lifting equipment, and ensuring the safety and convenience of the component lifting process
